When you submit an appointment request through our booking form, we collect only:

Full name
Phone number
The service, extras, date and time you selected for your appointment

We do not collect your email address, payment details, or any other personal information through this form.

3. Why We Process Your Data

We process this data solely to:

Schedule, confirm, and manage your shoe-cleaning appointment
Contact you by phone if we need to confirm or reschedule your booking

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox on the booking form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the necessity to take steps at your request prior to entering into a service arrangement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Who Receives Your Data

Your name and phone number are transmitted, via an encrypted connection, to:

Web3Forms — a third-party form-processing service that delivers your booking request by e-mail to our booking inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party, and we do not use it for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain booking information only for as long as necessary to fulfil and, where relevant, follow up on your appointment — typically no longer than 12 months — after which it is deleted from our records.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting past processing
Restrict or object to processing
Request data portability
